Training Funds

Are you looking for funds to support career development and training? The Staff Equal Opportunity Enrichment Program (SEOEP) accepts proposals for individual and department funds.

The Staff Association accepts applications for their Scholarship Program for career employees wanting to develop their UC careers.

Supervisor resources for compliance and training

Supervision Certificate focuses on essential supervisory competencies such as leadership, communication, planning, goal setting, problem solving, decision making, and performance management.

Management and Leadership Development skills offered in multiple instructor-led and online courses covering a variety of topics to build and strengthen key qualities.

Management Development Program (MDP) for current and aspiring managers to develop and improve for career growth. 

First level Manager Road Map of core competencies and supervision certificate courses.

Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) focuses on strengthening the engagement and preparation of UC supervisors, managers, and professionals in a 3 day off-site program.
