Most Frequently Used Desk Phone Features
- Call Forward – send calls to an alternate phone number on campus
- External Call Forward – forward incoming calls to an off-campus number
- Call Diversion – divert your incoming calls to an alternate phone number or to voice mail

- Individual Abbreviated Dial – how to use the individual abbreviated dial feature
Customer Service Requests
Please submit a Customer Service Request (CSR) Form for installation of a new phone, relocation of existing phone lines, ethernet activation, phone display name change, etc. Be sure to list your department's primary Fiscal Contact on the CSR. If you are not sure who that is, reach out to aabo@ucsd.edu to ask!
