How to request services from Facilities Management (FM)

For urgent requests, contact the Customer Relations help desk, (858) 534-2930

For the following issues, please submit an online work request to Facilities Management:
(VPN required if connecting from off-campus)

• Adjust A/C or heating
• Custodial services (cleaning, trash pick up, etc.)
• Hang shelves, racks, name plates, etc.
• Light bulb replacement
• Restroom issues
• Signage (indoor/outdoor)

For other requests,  please submit a Business Office request:

• Carpet cleaning  
• Cleaning blinds
• Custom cabinets & shelving
• Minor renovations
• Painting
• Relocating electrical outlets
• Window tinting
